Description
Lake Effect is a term we hear a lot in West Michigan. This is when Lake effect snow is produced during cooler atmospheric conditions when cold winds move across long expanses of warmer lake water, providing energy and picking up water vapor, which freezes and is deposited on the leeward shores. Technically, this is the reason why we get so much snow in West Michigan. Here is a beautiful example of snow covered shoreline, perfect for your warm beautiful home.
