Description
This photo was shot just as the sun came up. I was standing in the water on the southern edge of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Mackinaw Bridge was behind me and the clouds were spectacular that morning. Lake Huron has the largest shore line length of any of the Great Lakes, counting its 30,000 islands. The French, the first European visitors to the region, often referred to Lake Huron as La Mer Douce, "the fresh-water sea".

Another Beauty! Evie. The colors are amazing with great crisp clear details. I love it and I envy your views just a little. Have a beautiful night Evie.

You have a particular style Evie... Your captures are always so zen. There's always an element of vivid colors mixed with just the right presence of lines...very very nice, each time.
