Description
Hamburgs were developed in Holland and Germany before the 1700's. they are small, around 5 pounds for cocks and 4 pounds for hens. they have a rose comb and slender legs. they are hardy, active, alert, and flighty so fencing is necessary. however, they love being free ranging so that is why this beautiful bird followed me around -i just made a new friend!
